Chamber Promotes the 2015 Canton Fair

On March 31st, the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce (GNYCC) hosted a networking breakfast with a special presentation by Mr. Michael Feng Yong Ye, Senior Regional Executive of the US Market, on the China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair).

GNYCC President, Mark Jaffe, introduced the event and welcomed over 50 business leaders and executives that were present. Cynthia DiBartolo, chairperson of GNYCC, called the Canton Fair a phenomenal opportunity for business leaders in the Greater New York metropolitan area. The China Import and Export fair (also known as the Canton Fair) is a bi-annual event held in Guangzhou, China over 115 times since 1957. Over 150,000 types of products are presented in an exhibition space of over 1.12 million square meters and 58,000 exhibition booths. Over 200,000 professionals from more than 210 countries attend the event to meet and do business with 150 out of the top 250 retailers.
